2016-17 Glebelands Avenue, South Woodford

The property was a very dated Edwardian semi-detached house with attached and detached garages to the side in a double width plot.  A loft conversion, large rear reception and a complete refurbishment were carried out on the original house to create 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 3 large reception areas.

Having demolished the attached garage and room above and the detached garage, planning was achieved to build a new detached 5 bedroom property.

This was constructed very quickly using an insulated concrete formwork (ICF) solution.
