Despite it being in reasonable condition, the property had a particularly awkward layout and we looked to improve this as well as generally refurbish the property before selling it on.
A new entrance hall was created and the garage converted into an additional reception room.
During the work, the property was sold and the new owners requested some additional work to be carried out, including knocking through the kitchen into the reception room and remodelling the kitchen and main bathroom. This was carried out as an additional contract.
