2013 Colney Hatch Lane


The property consisted of a large double fronted corner property which had planning to convert into 4 flats.  The existing planning was improved to include additional space in the loft and a partial basement excavation to improve the size and facilities of the flats being created.


When finished, the development comprised:  a 3 bed, 2 bath split level flat with roof terrace; a 2 bed, 2 bath garden flat; a 2 bed garden flat; and a 2 bed 1st floor flat.
