This was the first development carried out by the company.  The property was a 3 bed end of terrace, which had been "modernised" in the 1970's and had thus lost all the original features.  The roof was sagging so new bracing was required and the flank wall had been poorly rendered and was susceptible to damp, which required a chemical treatment.

Internally the property had been subdivided to provide a couple of bedsits, so the rooms had to be restored to their original layout.
